  • 4oz Unsweetened Cashew Milk  
  • 2T PB2 Powder  
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 2-4 scoops Glutamine 
  • 7-10ish Ice Cubes

Wait! What is Glutamine?  

Glutamine is an amino acids that makes up a large percentage of your muscles.
